Oftentimes, downsizing one’s home means compromising on other aspects such as location, build quality, and level of finishes. Elborai Group recognizes this dilemma and designed this project so that compromising is something of the past. The Morningside Townhomes are designed and built with the same level of quality and finishes found in Elborai Group’s luxury custom homes. Aside from finishes, these townhome units give particular attention to natural light that is often a problem with attached housing. To further set this project apart from prototypical townhomes, all units have downstairs master bedrooms, open courtyards, 3-car garages, and elevators for added convenience.
